Terms of Use – Blish

These terms apply to the iOS app Blish ("the App") provided by OptiFlow. They supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the App. How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy – Blish and the Biometric Data Policy – Blish.

1. Blish Pro

• Blish Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store, weekly or yearly. Price and duration are shown in the App before purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings.
• Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

2. Decodes

• Blish Pro includes a weekly allowance of decodes, shown in the App before purchase. Unused decodes do not carry over to the next week.
• A decode that fails uses none of your allowance. A decode counts only when a result is delivered.
• We may change the weekly allowance for future periods; we will show the current allowance in the App.
• The allowance is tied to your anonymous app user ID (shown in the App's Settings), has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

3. Decoded Results and Product Suggestions

• Results are estimates measured from a photo. Light, filters, editing and screen colours change how makeup looks; the App says when a result is unclear. We do not guarantee that a product matches a look exactly.
• Product names, shades and the retailers that usually carry them come from our catalog and can be incomplete or outdated. Prices, availability and purchases are the retailer's matter; links open the retailer's own website.
• The App gives no medical or skin-care advice. Check ingredients and allergies on the product itself.

4. Photos and Content

• Only decode photos you have the right to use. Analyse photos of other people only if they agreed.
• When you share a card or video, include photos only if you have the rights to them and the people shown agreed. Credit creators; do not repost their content as your own.
• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to identify, track or profile people.

5. Your Vanity

• Your Vanity (products, photos, 3D objects) is stored on your iPhone and in your device backup. Keeping a backup is your responsibility.
• You can export your Vanity (JSON/CSV with photos) at any time — also after your subscription has ended.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the App's features change. The current version is always available on this page; we will announce material changes in the App.
